- Must have alot of experience with being Admin+
- Atleast 18+

Not really sure why you've put 18+, there's numerous members in this community who are sub-18 and could show you how it's done.

Never understood why you don't just manage your own community or get staff that are competent enough to do so? 'Community Manager' is such an odd rank.
