Looking for partner to start a project with

I'm looking for a partner to start a new project with, I'm looking for someone with good Java experience, As I have little to no java knowledge.
I'm keen on learning java and would love to just watch you write up code and make changes over teamviewer or skype, I don't want lessons from you,
just to watch and study so In the future I could help with some of the server updates.
I would also like to become Friendly with you as It would benifit us more being friends rather then project partners.

I would like to get a forum dev and maybe another server dev along the line once we get to a decent point in our project, Just so you wouldn't have to do everything yourself

I Have loads of Ideas which I want to use, but I have no idea on how to code them into the server (Which is where you come in),
I don't want someone who will rush the project, Just want to take things slow and make sure there all done correctly.
I've always had a thing for 317 servers so I would like to use a 317 as a base, I pretty much stuck with PI in the past, but I'm sure ill be open to looking at non-PI based
If your looking for payment We could descuss it further through PM or skype all depending on your skill level.

I don't want a server that does anything or everything to get money out of players, I would like for there to be member benifits for those who are willing to pay, but nothing to massive that they have an overall advantage.

Money would be no issue as I get paid weekly and Don't mind splashing out on things we need or want for the server, including all bills and misc things, Overall I would sort out all the bills and server management, while you work behind the scenes (But Your work won't go unnoticed!).

I want this server to be professional with a mix of old content and new content which everyone can enjoy and I would like to add In as many player suggestions as possible (Within Reason).

Where Did I say I would get the credit? It's not like you'll be a background person, I'm just saying I will manage the server and make sure everything runs smoothly, Listen to the players views and points and together with the dev establish a solution to the update/problem, While you apply the updates due to my lack of java experience, Like I said I'm keen to learn Java and It'll be a joint project so everyone that is apart of it will get equal credit

Something that I've realized is that you need some sort of something to bring to the table. Honestly, with the sporadic capitalization in this post, your managing credentials are sub-par with no other real talent.
To actually get a partner you need to either:
Be Client Sided
Be Good at developing.
CAN FUND THE PROJECT
Or, Can develop a forum and act as a very good community manager. You can't want to start a project and get a forum Dev and server Dev and hope they do everything while you manage the community of 20.

Your correct, and as stated I will be funding the project.. I can sort forums and websites myself, but I'm not the best at it, which is why further down the line I would like to get a forum dev If the project becomes big.
Just cause I lack java experience don't mean I can't help, I understand that until we reach a decent player base there won't be a lot for me to do, Which is why I stated that I was keen to learn, I've also offered payment for those who don't want to wait until launch and donations, If your not intrested theres no need to comment (Y)

If you're paying up-front, and not just donation splits then hmu.

Lol, reminds me of the developer Blade from Ikov, he seems to never be mentioned that much although he's only responsible for some of the updates.
