Offering my services for free (317) only

I'm offering services for a 317 sever (prefarbly PI), I'm willing to code via dropbox and help you with anything that you need, the reason i'm doing this is because I have a downloading error on my computer,which doesn't let me download sources and JDK, ect.
I can also design a homepage/ website for your private server free of charge.
I miss being part of an RSPS community and also coding.
