[Recruiting] 1 - 3 Java Developers [Hosting Is Ready]

Hello, I'm Dan. I live in the UK and I am currently 16. I own many servers and would like to put them to use. To begin with I will be running one server on one dedicated server running linux.
I am a newbie Java coder, I only know basic stuff (I can read code and fix things but not create things). I am quite experienced in web development. I already have a domain and web server ready to host a forum and website.

Who am I looking for?
I am looking for some (1 - 3) experienced Java coders which are, mature, not lazy, active and enthusiastic towards the project.
You must have Google Hangouts, IMO Skype is a piece of crap. Google Hangouts is very easy to use and you probably already have Gmail.

What am I looking for to be coded?
I would like to host a single world (for now) which is an all-round server. Anything from 317-474. Any framework, we can discuss it at a later date.
I don't want gay customs like dragon wings ect.
The server would have to be very stable and work with Linux. Case sensitivity is very important with Linux.

Developers will be paid, amounts will be decided at a later date.
