I'm looking for a team of like-minded programmers that are experienced and have enough motivation to help me program my [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and client. I'm looking for more than people who can program but people who are passionate about this and what to stride to be the best. I'm looking for a partnership, hopefully for the long run. I want us to be able to learn about programming from each other, and grow as we progress. I want mature adults who can handle themselves in a team and will not over-step personal boundaries with the rest of the team. But, more than all, I'm looking to build a community from what we can come up with.

The server itself has been in development for around 6+ months with only me, and that simply is not enough anymore. I'm looking to expand and make this into something big, and it's already come a long way. I want this server to have mass-appeal and be user-friendly.

Basic requirements:
  • Intermediate Java programming experience with a server/client
  • Ability to work with a team
  • Creative
  • Ambitious
  • Willing to make a commitment


ALSO: If I find the work you are doing is not sufficient to the standards I intend to uphold, there will be problems. When your developing you must always de-bug every feature you add to make sure there is no glitches, take your time when you are programming, and thinks it through. I do not intend to load you up with a lot much work in a short amount of time, you will be given time to express your creative mind because that is what programming is all about.
