Amazing server (It'll get far) - Need forum developer and client developer

You'll both get admin aswell as some of the funds from the server depending how good the quality of you're work is.

What I need:

A client developer - Not looking for really advanced developer, just someone who can edit the basic features & tidy up the client/ create new variables etc.

A forum developer - (I DON'T NEED A WEBSITE) I need someone to design a forum (the forum page, none of the topics etc) and send me the html code so I can put it onto the website + I need him to be active and update/manage some of the website. - I need to be able to trust him, I need good quality work.
