IMO not many people are going to want to develop for a server that doesn't even have a domain. (atleast a co.cc domain).

Hi, me and my friend are trying to create a new server and we're in need of a coder/dev team!
The server will most likely be a 317.
Things to come in time:
1. A VPS
2. A Domain
