Personally I think this is stupid. If you're that concerned over people spamming trades etc, put your public off and maybe made it so players can't trade the owner?

Maybe you should be more open-minded. It could be for other uses. For example, that would make for an awesome custom spell. Could use it during pking and it would protect you from melee enemies for a certain time period.
