About the server: this is an already established server that has had increased activity lately. I'm no longer able to handle everything on my own anymore and im looking for a few trusted people who would be interested in helping.
Customer support
- in charge of reading reports and appeals
- helping players in game with problems
- may be offered payment in cases where extra work is needed
Server Developer
- adding in game content
- fixing bugs
- testing game content
- will be tested on knowledge of java
- will be paid per task
Website developer
- Improving in game systems that require php/mysql (highscores, voting ect)
- reworking website
- will probly be given temporary work, but maybe a permanant staff position
- will be paid per task
Forums management
- In charge of keeping the forums up to date
- Monitoring posts
- May be paid if significant work is needed

I've been involved in several different projects and servers before (None of them got that big cause the owners was slacking and shut down the servers).
Why you want this position:
Because I'm good at what I am doing, And I am also experienced with tons of forum software.
What would make you better than other people applying for this position:
I have the knowledge within almost every forum software, I also have the grammar and experience from other servers/communities before.

the word you used is similar, however i see moderating be more of a moderating posts roll where as managing is managing the whole forum, including development of it ect.
I like your application, plus your signature is awsome because its an oldschool server and you seem into that sorta stuff
