Thread: [OLD SCHOOL] Arkscape - Development Applications [OLD SCHOOL]

Hello Rune-Server members,

I'm here to discuss the reason for this thread... i own a server project along with my coder "SantaHer0" who is my coder. I am looking for a second coder and a website developer who knows mysql, php, html, css. This is a serious project and i am not taking the piss out of this. Below will be the jobs vacant and the requirements needed.

• Server Coder
• Client Coder
• Website Developer
• Project Planner
• Content Writter

• Server Coder's Job:

The server coder's job will be required to obviously code things in server such as skills, minigames, content, stability, packets, effects, graphics. List goes on, this coder will work under "SantaHer0" or will help him with the future content needing to be added to the server. The coders will be working with the base "Shard" and will have a area to access and edit/update server allowing the team to work with and manipulate. You will have to report via msn/skype/rune-server what you have done or are doing. All this requires a HEAP OF TIME and i am only looking for ACTIVE members and ARE WILLING to be dedicated. The last few things are; Yes you will get PAID and the server is based in the old school time but edited to our needs.

• Client Coder's Job:

The Client coder's job is working with the client and also the server time to time. Now that many players are using a mac, we want to expand our playerbase and allow mac users to play our server. Client coders will already have big jobs to do listed by me and my head coder "SantaHer0". You will know how to make fullscreen clients, webclients and the ability to work with server side to make it work. The client coder will have the choice of helping code a few things server sided if he/she wishes to help out. Same as the server coder, yes you will be PAID and will have to remember we are doing a old school server but edited to our needs.

• Website Developer:

Possibly the second or even the biggest job of our project, the website developer will be have many experience with mysql, php, html, css and can code everything from scratch and being able to create systems without using too much of someone's else's work (meaning could use a base off a different coder and work on it). The website developer will have to also coder everything and make sure it's not un-secure and not being able to have any holes within the website. I'll be wanting this website developer to be my favourite person who i'll talk to everyday and wanting to create ideas and hopefully make the website developer implement. Yes you will get PAID and remember that our website is a old school website. You will NEED to be active via msn/skype.

• Project Planner:

What the hell is a project planner?: this job will be a pivot in the project and will need much experience and THE MOST ACTIVE PERSON in the team. The project planner will organize the way the server runs, mange the community, report any bugs/suggestions/issues to the team members. This person will need to understand how to run a server to a stage of a business type level. I would prefer this person to have been a VERY WELL RESPECTED member on rune-server and has GREAT communication. You will report to me everyday, leaving me messages and being able to do things without my presence during the time this server is up. The project planner is also going to be able to hire more team members but obviously be reporting to me and discussing the pros and cons. Yes you will be PAID (only well-respected/well-known people can apply for this).

• Content Writer: ***FULL***

This is probably the cool and big reason to keep our members active in our community. The content writer will be creating news/articles/events and getting the community involved. He/she needs a great writing ability to create news and articles in depth, the writer will create events such as clan vs clan, staff vs players etc... Yes you will be paid for the job depending how long we need a dedicated content writer.
