This thread was posted here for anyone to apply for the developer position Of Client/server Developer. Keep in mind though, we only accept developers who are, again, motivated, hardworking, professional, and dedicated. We also need developers who know more than the average noob (more than spawning NPCs, and adding items to shops). We accept any forms of development, be it server development, client development, designer, and so on.The project will start on May 1st.
As a server developer you are expected to program content features that existed in RuneScape(skills, minigames, quests, etc.). It helps as well if you have knowledge of how protocols work. Most importantly though, everything a server developer programs must be 100% compared to RuneScape's content, meaning no features are missing.
As a client developer you are expected to know how clients and caches work and how to maneuver around them. We need someone who is able to make a music/sound system, along with some awesome interfaces and much more!
The only way to be paid is to stay with the server when it goes online to accept parshall doantions as most will go to the server.When it goes online (eventually) you can stay with the server or you can leave, its up to you.
