Requesting Developer, with great amount of Java knowledge

Hello, I am the developer and owner of a server called "Pkedfirst" our website is located at [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]. We currently run a legit copy of vBulletin, and Greenfox. We're trying to thrive to victory, and success be leading many players to our server. Anyways, I am currently looking for another co-owner/developer, that has a great amount of Java knowledge, as I cannot keep a server up by myself.
If you feel you have what it takes please post below.
Some requirements though:

*Must not be a dick

*Over the age of 15+

*Must have Skype and a microphone

I don't do anything? Are you fucking stupid, I'm a developer to. Use you're brain, before you post. If you have one + I'm not keeping the money to myself, it's going to run the server.
