Need the following.
Co-Owner: A person that Picks staff, handles donations, beta testing, make events, password recoveries.
Web Developer: A person that takes care of the forums, graphics and advertisement pages.
Server Sided Developer: A person that takes care of all the server sided stuff such as: shops, minigames, quests, commands, item bonuses and prices.
Client Sided Developer: A person that takes care about all the client related stuff and is responsible for people to be able to log into the client.

i dont use skype if it's something on your computer we can use team viewer. or if it's a picture of something send it to me via forums or msn

Proof of work: I was a Co-Owner on two different servers, forgotten-Paradise ad HybridPVP (not the one you know of today) I also have lots of experience as a moderator and administrator. I used to run my own server for a time but it got shut down due to lack of players.

Server-Sided coder - add shops, make events, new items , minigames , commands (::vote and such)

Client Sided - develope a boss client, responsible for people to be able to log into the client, item models, and other stuff
