Couldn't find where to post this sonny. Even asked a mod who had no reply.
I would be looking to help you. But I have to tell you, I am not that great at programming. (I can program NPC's and small stuff).
However, I am pretty active and fairly smart in the way of solving issues and problems. I have never owned or co-owned an RSPS before, but I have been a staff member on about 3-4.

If you're looking to do a non-rsps related website. I'll be willing to do it with you. Fluent in PHP/MySQL, good with C#, Java, VB.NET and C. Currently studying Computer Science at uni. Only willing to do a rsps if you have some original ideas. Message me, I'll be on 1:30 gmt after work.
