[Paying] Estrania 2nd world - Need OldSchool 317 Coder.

Hey guys, Kroki here.

Estrania is looking to make a new 2nd world which is 100% oldschool.
I have been set with the task of Developing this server and finding a good team to help out.
Payment will be negotiable, but I will mainly be looking for someone who wants to be a part of our community, not just someone who will code here and there.

what base would you be planning to use ? cos tht maybe relevant for any one interested

I'd be willing to use Delta or PI, just depends on what the coder thinks he/she can do best with.

I'm not really looking for the best base straight up.
I want this 2nd world to be unique, which is why I'll need a good coder.
