Ideas for rsps

Anyone got any awesome ideas for a rsps?
I got a couple story lines written out for some mini games and quests.

I just need a few more ideas like what shops, what to put in some shops, Should I make and custom skills.

Make it like RuneScape shops

I want to play a private server that items like god swords etc. aren't easily obtained. Something like how creativescape/empscape is/was.

Thats what I was planning on doing I wanna slap some custom quests and minigames in there also. That's why i need some ideas

I know I wanna hear some other peoples thoughts also, I have like three quests and 2 mini games that's like 2 hours of gameplay?
