I'm just going to assume you are using PI. What's on line 365 of your ItemHandler class?

You made a mistake in your item.cfg while editing/adding an item

Remember to use tabs and not spaces.

Yeah, Iwin is right. Make sure all your item.cfg entries are like this, of course with different numbers.

Just change everything to your liking. 10000 is just a made up item ID, replace it with whatever.
