Title says it all.
Some information:
We'll raise money for a VPS/Dedi (Unless you can host 24/7 - I Cant, Unless you tell me how to port forward - I'm doing what I done last time and it worked, But now it isnt).
I'll create the Forums and We'll pruchase a .com Domain.
We're going to be Skilling/Eco/Pking friendly.
I'll code and We'll both own.
