Are YOU a good coder who has never had success with players?

I am giving experianced coders a unique offer to code for me and my community ([Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]), this is aimed at really good coders, who have been unable to gain players, I don't want to sound all arrogant and cocky but I like to think I have a pretty damm good skill at getting players, I currently now have around 220 on in the evenings and over 3857 forum accounts which are held back only by coding ability.

I have everything else covered donations, dedi payment, hosting payment, site/forums ect.

We aren't looking for beginner coders or programmers I should say, I want serious people with serious ability that are able to do things like re-write the framework.

Im going to ask these questions anyway so you might as well use this format if applying by replying to this or pming me, as it will save me time from having to reply.

How good would you say you are at coding java:

How long have you been programming?

How long could you spend on coding each day:

Do you follow tutorials of any kind?

I tried to keep this really short and simple.

That's what comes if you cannot edit the strength bonus' of an item which is easy.
+ you're giving people an open client, people can abuse your client easily.

Yeah, that is why i'm being held back at around 220 players, because I do not have the knowledge needed on the coding side of things.

Don't you have any coders?

I have someone who can do basic coding, and I can do the really simple stuff that most of you would not consider coding (like objects, npc's, shops, teleports ect). Several people have done a little coding for me in the past.

I've personally been in the server, seems decent. They're just in need of a developer, proper one.
