I started learning java, im paying 30£ per lesson and im planning on making my own server and looking for best stable base with really good combat!.
My target is to make it to be like runescape in 2005, with no godswords, claws and other new shit, because everyone loved rs like it was before...
I'm really serious about this project and really need a good base and also looking for people who would like to work on that project!
Will rep++ if anyone can help me out with the base!

I'm using Devo 2.7 and the combat seems pretty damn neat to meat.
I would suggest Devo 2.7 for your project.

Although it is flawed in many ways.
If you feel up to it then you should really work on a bare base like Hyperion.
I know many people suggest it and almost nobody uses it, but if you're getting lessons then you might be able to take it somewhere.
P.S. - Does your teacher know what you're learning Java for?
