Well, since the release of mine and Ryans server we do not seem to have a constant high player rate, i mean we peak 100 players over 2 worlds but then alot of the time it's only around 40 and the server has been out for 3 weeks.
I need to see some feedback of what is actually wrong with the server, what could be improved and what is good.

If the issue is content it's because the server hasn't really been out that long, and if it is content please specify the main area, such as not having enough different NPC's etc.
If you currently play the server and write a review which is good quality we may reward with membership over a period.

Considering the server was down for like a week+ I am not surprised you don't have many players. The content in the server is not that great considering the amazing potential the client has. Not to mention that most people in RSPS are too lazy to actually play a Runescape type server and would much rather play a PK Server.

Not to hard to get items/cash
It takes about a month(maybe more) to get 99 right? Make skilling easier..

Server was down for 2 days because i didn't know it was down until Ryan got online and told me, i fixed it in like an hour and it's been up since.
Rates are ment to be slow because it's a server you actually have to train onn.
Many people got 99 skills within 2 days (fishing, woodcutting), the skills are all 7.5x RuneScape experience, and when you level quicker because of that it also becomes quicker because of the types of fish you catch quicker.
The current EXP rate on everything is 7.5x RuneScape, so combat is 30 * hit, if you can come up with a reasonable rate in which isn't economy damaging and is also better then feel free to suggest.

ps: i know the server costs alot to run but member only skills+ slow xp rate isant the way to go
i tried to login via webclient and every single random name i typed in said invalid pass or user
