ok, me and about 2 other guys are currently working of a server based off the runefusion source. We need experienced java developers that can help troubleshoot errors and help code or just insert new commands like ::ipban, ::ban, ::mute, ::add mod, ::add admin, ::add member that sort of things. We have tried to do this our selfs but no matter how we do it they don't work out right. We also need someone to work with getting clients to stay connected to the server, about every client we try will get disconnected right off or after a few secs or just won't period.

We are willing to give a staff position to anyone who is willing to help out and fix this and possably a small payment depending on how things go.
I've no problem paying some not a lot though. also i added your msn.
People aren't going to help with lots of stuff for free bro, and 99% of the time they'd just screw you over somehow if they are.

I can't stress this enough. If you can't help the person, DON'T POST. It's extremely annoying and makes me (and I'm sure the rest of the mods) want to punch a wall. Hard. Examples of what I mean include:
"I need this too"
"Sorry, can't help"
"Can't help but good luck"
"I know what you're talking about, but I don't have it"
Also, another thing to avoid doing is saying you'll post what the person wants later. It pisses us off as well.
