I am looking for a delta-based server with all skills, economy and no customs, exept perhaps slayer helm

Stop being lazy and try to learn some real java, because with RSPS you wont go far.
There are so many delta users with bluurrs client with the same customs.
Why will anypne join if they can just go to a better ruined one on runelocus toplist.
