Help me get my server running global??

hi guys i got a crumby server that i wanna run online before i do any more.

i tried all sorts of server ips while the server was running...

WHAT EXACTLY DO I HAVE TO DO? im using the moparscape client :)

1. Go to No-ip.com
2. Register an account
3. Add a host. Example, server.no-ip.biz
4. Download no-ip off of the same site
5. Install no-ip
6. Run no-ip and loggin, then check the boxes by the faces
7. loggin to your server with the IP you registered at no-ip.com
8. if you dont want to do all of the above, just loggin with 127.0.0.1, but 127.0.0.1 probly be the only one you can use.
