Requesting server base

Hello!

i decided to start with a new server, from a base.
the server sohuld have basic features, as some special attack maybe some prayer?
full working combat system etc
i want a stable soruce :/

also i dont want massive commands which i have to clean up
I have searched very much and cant find a good base :/

Well i dont want deltascape since i tried it, and i will start my own

i dont say it sucks or something but i dont want to use it since everyone use..

I checked emulous and it was strange.. but i will try

EDIT: Evrything is spread out in handlers... like 1000 java files.. cant find a s**t
