It's usually already in your client, not really to do with your server.
If you login as an administrator (to the server), typing ::noclip will work with most clients.

yes i know this is a very weird request, but does anyone have the actual no clip command? i need it so i can walk through walls and get correct co-ords for safezones.

it only autobans because of your server's noclip command
