Thread: Mount Olympus - Return of the Gods

Mount Olympus is a revival of a 718 revision server that ran back in 2012-2013. I have had on and off intentions of relaunching since 2018 but have failed to get enough momentum and time aside to put in the effort. Due to COVID I have taken the opportunity to push for some progress. I decided to scrap a lot of my old progress and start off with a different base that suits my future plans for the server (credits to Ruse).

Mount Olympus is a 317 loading PRE-EOC and OSRS data with the hopes of bringing back some of the old memories of Mount Olympus and mixing in some newer content from OSRS. We will be an economy server with a focus on diverse content. Mount Olympus will and always has contained heavy influence from Greek Mythology and will continue to reflect this in the game play with minigames, quests, boss fights and more. However, we will not be a completely custom private server and will try to stick with more traditional gameplay and content experiences with our own twist.
Over the coming weeks I will be posting progress here and, in our discord, I will also be looking at putting together a team to assist in the development of the server.
