Still slowly working on refactoring some client code to improve its readability.

In the meantime, I did finish adding all of the npc update blocks. I did also add camera movement via the scroll wheel on a mouse, which can be enabled or disabled in the [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] class.
OP has been slightly updated.
