oh boy. Like that's really going to hurt you. Plenty of "top" servers get leaked over the years(SoulSplit, Near-Reality, etc) and it never hurts the original brand. Be happy he's at least putting effort into it rather than download and host. I don't know where you come from, but MOST people can get over the fact their leaked source is being used if it looks like effort was put into it.
So gtfo lol stop worrying about someone using an older copy of your server if your live game isn't hurting.
