Some small yet very big updates
- The movement flags are now finished and simulate OSRS accurately. When running an odd amount of tiles, the last tile will be walked.
- A NPC rendering issue causing NPCs to render a tick later than players after a teleport has been fixed.
- Login & region issues fixed. The first login after a server restart will no longer cause client crashes or any other unexpected responses and xteas now use a default value (as polars runestats archive doesn't contain regions with 0, 0, 0, 0 xteas).
- A networking issue that occurred after converting the original NIO engine to netty has been fixed.
Credits to Kris for information on the movement mask and temporary movement mask, as well as helping me with the npc rendering & region issues
