  What is Arclight?

Arclight is a personal project of mine, which is a 317 loading OSRS Data.
Arclight will be an ongoing project replicating 'Old School Runescapes' content along with custom content where I see fit.
This is mainly to further my skills and hopefully become a better developer and mainly to just have fun with.

Spoiler for Update log.:

- Started on Arclight.
- Added Item Defintions/Weapon Defintions for the rest of the Theatre Of Blood Rewards.
- Change the NPC's in the mini-raid 1&2 to represent the actual raids.
- Also changed the rewards to be exact like OSRS.
- Removed all the custom Chaotics/Divine Spirit Shield customs from in-game.
- Added item creation for all current slayer helms and for the Avernic Defender.
- Added Definitons and started work on Mage Arena 2 to recieve the capes in-game.

- Added Infernal Eels with the addition of the oily fishing rod.
- Added Revenent Weaponary to the item defintions
- Added Revenent Weapons to the revenent drop tables.

- Added Rune Dragons and Adamant Dragons (combat and defintion)
- Added the creation of the Dragon Crossbow, Dragonfire Ward and Dragon Platebody.
- Added ::discord command with discord link.
