Thanks Sku for cleaning up the thread.
So i finished adding cache support to the project. im using OpenRS ported to C# by [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].
and his github [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
i will do the rest of update server tomrorow. i also updated the main post and made it easier to read.
Finished the update server and commited the changes to the Github. Updated the main thread aswell. Also here is a memory comparison of C# and Java doing the same thing.
please feel free to download the now available executable file on the main post and test for yourself. you can find the cache and client to work with this on the main post.

Looks good! I'm new to java and it's my first language I'm learning (from an outside source, not a terribad rsps) but what is teh benefits between java and c#? Probably could google but too lazy

I've been hard at work on this project. I ended up having to re-add the repo so all my commits are goneanyways... i did a big overhaul to the given network and uses a lot less memory now (about 10mb from the last photo i posted of the memory consumption).
and ill start login tomorrow
