    I actually had a really really similar idea to this and posted publicly on my old forum about it, which was like, a year or 2 ago now.. Significantly before jagex mentioned anything about this. I might be able to provide proof if can go back really far in skype logs, or find a backup of the database. anyways not the point, I had just added cannabis, and like, smoking it in bongs, pike and papes to and was looking to add a really unique feel to my server, so i thought, what if i added items that were illegal and added "cops" that would search you randomly if you were in a populated area like varrock, and maybe a random event where a mage "cop" would teleport to you and search you. the idea was that you would either get arrested if you had an "illegal" item, or you could attack them and/or try to run, but when you do either of those, more "cops" would teleport and assist in trying to kill you. ( i actually had just started working on the random event part)

    I was also thinking of adding some type of over head graph like myah:



    To show your current "Moral rating" which would be basically, if you kill other people often. i would also have a whole intricate "good/bad deeds" system (if you've ever played a game like fable...) where good deeds are like, killing monsters and bosses and skilling and whatever. i don't even know. and bad deeds would be like, making drugs, killing people, killing human npcs.. etc

    Btw, if anyone is wondering, the point of the graph would be so that everyone could see at a glance how evil you are and know to avoid you. You could also get rewards for killing substantially evil players.

    Good luck with your development, let me know if you want to pick my brain for more ideas you could add, i have actually thought a fair bit about all this system for a fair amount of time.

    Sorry, but what entails "professional" when you're exploring uncharted territory? Nobody knows what to expect in this type of game mode except madness and fight for your life. If you're upset that a guard - which protects cities and are buffed - froze somebody, the game mode isn't for you anyway.

    Should put a disclaimer that the game won't be for the feint of heart.
