This is planning on being a 317 server loading 474 data.
We are going to be an economy server, so there will be no commands such as ::master, ::item, etc. available to players.

Please note that this is not an old school RuneScape remake.

Our server base is Project Insanity, but we have been rewritting just about every piece of content there is, from NPC updating to skills.
