Introduction
I understand I have made many project threads using the [PI] base which have not fully succeeded or has not been really a success. But I have removed myself from the project insanity era and on to LightRune as I find I can learn while doing this and it is very possible it will become an actually server I will host and put forth effort into it. I am doing this project by myself as I find I do better alone and I don't need to depend on anyone to pick up their slack. I am hoping to finish this project and host it was a PvP server. I decided to use LightRune as I find it easier to develop and work with. Thanks for the base Skyro.

Would be cool if Mort'ton was actually in Mort'ton.
Lumbridge doesn't fit the characteristics of a dead town as the name suggests.
