The reason Project Insanity straight away sucks in my opinion, is because it is over-used, almost all servers are identical, and none have anything unique.

This feels more like an advertisement thread then a project thread, perhaps include goals, progress, updates
Experienced users rather re-program a shitty base, then using a good base.
