Okay, let's get down to it,
my idea:
To make a server replica to old RS2 will be using realistic XP rates maybe 8xp or 12xp per hit still thinking, but will make it a pickup server so basically most of the players will be low level pking, I think thats a good idea but I don't know can you guys tell me what you think, I just want to bring RS2 back.
Base: Delta Cleaned V1.5 by Avoid, yes it's Delta..
So.. Tell me what you think of my idea.

9/07/2010 - started teleports
10/07/2010 - started working on weapon animations

Wtf how you gonna have a pickup server with 8xp a hit? and use a horrible base i doubt this will work
