Project 474 has been renamed to rs2-server. Rs2-server is a new community, ran by Scar, Graham & Speljohan. They were looking for an official server and asked for ours, and voila. What does this mean? Well for one we don't have to worry about advertisment or hosting costs, which means the server will be out ALOT sooner.

RS2-Server is a Java game server which aims to provide an once of a lifetime experience for players by providing a stable, efficient and most importantly fun private server.
The Server has been developed from [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] which provides us with the stable, efficient and a highly scalable source.
Unfortunately as Hyperion is a fairly blank source we have had to do a lot of work on Hyperion to provide it with what we want. (Least of all converting it's 317 aspects to 474)
We decided to use Hyperion for the main reasons: stable, efficient, highly scalable, 'blank', documentation and it's unique update server.
The 474 RuneScape era, this has items such as Godswords and Dragon Boots this was also the time of which some recognizie as RuneScape's Best Days. No Trade Limit, No HD and the Wilderness was still available to player-kill. With this in mind we decided to make -blank-. We hope for it to become very popular yet we still care about the members. If we receive a DMCA notice or Jagex tell us to take it down we will try everything we can to prevent this from happening and hopefully there will always be one country without the DMCA legalities, that way we can chant the YMCA back to their DMCA.
Some of you may know Scu11 and Vastico as the members who don't complete projects, the ones who have numerous projects, well with this we are going to change that. We update constantly and daily. We are putting everything we have together and it is already becoming the best 474 out there currently. We are going to perfect everything 1 step at a time.
So please be patient and be sure to keep checking this thread!

Tom, you're a retard. Anyways, this is sounding pretty decent. I wish you good luck with the server, as good 474s are rather hard to come by.
