Proper Old School

This will not be the actual name, I'm still taking suggestions!

I'm sick of seeing all these servers based around a 377 client that have Hand Cannons, etc. I want to make an ACTUAL Old School server, and what better base to use than a 194?

- Got a cache and deobfuscated the client.
- Got the client to load the cache.

I would provide pictures but unfortunately there's nothing to provide pictures of.
