Server Updates:
I will shortly add a large server updates list, and it will be updated on a weekly basis, just to keep everyone informed with the latest news.
Server Base:
Third Realm has changed its server base to "Devo 2.7" This was due to the growing popularity of the server. So we have decided our previous base would be below standard for people to enjoy good game play. We realise that "Devo 2.7" Is a very stable base, therefore assuring players will have a high standard of enjoyment from Third Realm.
Gameplay:
We strive to make the game play as interesting, competitive and as stable possible, Afterall who wants to play a laggy badly coded server?. Third Realm will be as close to my image as the "Perfect" RuneScape Private Server. Including many well thought and planned out features. No Customs!
Economy:
The economy plays a huge roll in "Third Realm" We demand that the community enjoys a safe, well kept economy. Meaning there will be no "::GimmeMoney" Or any other ridiculous methods of gaining super fast cash or levels. Everything will be steady, a variation of Rich-Poor players is a succesful economy.

Player Account Security And Safety:
I hope to make player/account security & safety a great priority at Third Realm, Therefore there will be very little Scamming & Hacking.
To reduce the chance of this i have added player bank pins, And if a players account is stolen you can report the event to a member of staff or even a player moderator. Once you have reported the stolen account we can trace where you first logged in from (ip), Where your stolen account is being logged in from, and then deliver a well deserved punishment, then your account will be safely handed back to you.
Player Killing:
"Pking" is also a great and enjoyable feature of many servers, yet many "Pking" servers are awfully slow and cannot handle alot of players. We intend to make this server enjoyable for those
who wish to "pk" and those who wish to play a regular game taking part in all features, skills and player killing.

Sorry but I loled at this, Devo 2.7 is definitely not a 'very stable base', it can only hold like 100 people tops
