Introduction:
Welcome to Impulse 317. Either your here because the name caught your eye, had nothing else to look at, Or most god damn servers on here are leached. Well The names Allan. And my plan started for Impulse. about two months ago when i started coding. I am so damn sick of seeing delta here pvp blah blah. I believe that if Runescape wanted Dragon claws and everything else in 317 - 377 they would have put it in there. I'm Strait old school. So my server will be based off of 2006 2007 runescape. The good times. I plan to base my server in Rimmington. with Edgeville, Varrock, and Mage bank will be pking (ofcourse). It will be challenging and very economic. And hopefully it will be an overall fun server for everyone that likes oldschool rs.
