I will be working on this along with my other server, ExRendum.

The Kingdom

This will be a pking server (mainly)

Experience Rate
Experience will be relatively easy, from 500-1k experience a hit. This should make it more fun to play cause it doesn't take too long to get the stat you like

Combat
I will probably leave mostly as it is in my base (Richscape v4.3) because for the most part, it is good. I will be lowering the defense though because I have noticed that in many servers, it is way overpowered in comparison to Runescape.

Non-Combat Skills
Won't be too big a thing. Probably won't change because this is mainly a pking server.

Pking
This should be the most important part of the server. There will be a separate area for each type of pking. There will be a multi area (varrock probably), a single area (lumbridge probably), and finally a all vs. all area (still thinking about this one ). Most of the map will be wild.

Economy
I am going to do my best so that this server isn't overrun by dupers and other forms of cheating. I will make godswords actually hard to get and same with d bow, void, and other rares.

Summary
I want to make a fun pking server that can compete with the likes of Jinrake's server and still have fun while playing.
