Welcome To my Development threadQuarantined will be based off of the latest version of Devolution. the base Devolution was chose due to some good features and its somewhat good stability i believe. this will be more PK driven yet it will also be fun, exciting, and challenging. (please note PwnScape V1 and Quarantined are the same server, i just changed the name)

Hosting
i am accepting donations for a VPS/Dedi. i have a webhost but as soon as i am able to transfer to a VPS/Dedi i will because you cant host a server off a webhost
PK/PvP
Quarantined's PK system will be coded entirely from scratch. this means we will be deleting Devolutions current PK system to put in place our own. there will be a PK points stystem which will be simple yet complex. EX: you are fighting someone in level 1 wildy, you hit quite frequently and are hitting higher hits without Potting or Prayer. your chances of getting more PK points would be medium because of the factors.
1) did you hit high or low?
2) did you use any form of food, Pray, Pot, or get help from summoning creatures?
3) how deep in the willderness were you?.
the reason you would get a medium amount of points is due too the fact that
1)you hit high
2)you did none of the above
3)you were not deep in the wilderness therefore you were not eligible for more points.
Economy
Economy is what keeps the server going correct? Well in this server i will aim for a decent economy with no overpowered items and costs for an item being too high or too low. Also there will be requirements to use some items such as doing a quest, having a certain number of PK points, or having membership. PKing will be a major source of income and it is how you will be able to get some items not found in the shops and such.
Minigames/Quests
there will be a number of Quests and custom Minigames. Mingames will also correspond with quests; certain minigames will need you to be able to complete a quest and vice versa.
we will be accepting quest ideas and minigame ideas when we start working on them. there will also be a number of minigames/quests that are from runescape that will be implemented.
Areas Of Play
i will try to make it so all of Geilinor will be in use. weather it be for a quest or PK hotspots.
Update Logumm for some reason it all got deleted so ill start with wat i know
- Server updates
- downloaded the source
- started working on the QuestHandler Class
- 95% of Quests are handled the the QuestHandler Class
Client updates- created the RSInterfaceList which is pretty much a handler for interfaces, only one thing in the Class9 Class is needed for all of this class to work!
- all methods to do with interfaces also are in teh RSInterface Class

Also your pvp system sucks. You get a worse drop from hitting high?
