What does the "i" stand for in RSPSi?
|
I hope this is in the right place, and someone is willing to help.
I've asked around on Discord channels, and looked through a few different networks in hopes of finding out this answer before making a thread, but have hit a few dead ends.
As the title mentions, I am asking for help on how to add custom assets into RSPSi so that I can place down my custom objects via a map editor
I understand that RSPSi runs off of the cache, and I have added models into the cache, but unfortunately cannot find them in the 'Object Swatch Builder' inside of RSPSi
Thank you in advance to those willing to help, and hope I can get this figured out with your help!

If you find it easier to help me through Discord, than replying in this thread
What does the "i" stand for in RSPSi?
I would love to answer with a positive yes, but running into dead ends leaves me to believe maybe not?
I believe I have been importing them into the cache correctly, because I've been manually placing down custom objects client-side. Unfortunately, it's much more time consuming than being able to hopefully just go through rspsi D:
Not sure if there is a different way to go about importing them directly into the cache and changing anything around to make them visible in rspsi, but would love if you have any recommendations!!
For clarification, I've been trying to look them up via either name or modelid and haven't had any luck.
I noticed how there is an 'ID' attached to each object that is different than the modelid, which is used for looking up objects in the Swatch Builder. Is that something I need to focus my attention towards?
Sorry if this is super simple from anyone's end, but it's been fairly difficult for me.
Bump
Unfortunately still at a dead end. Would appreciate any help!
