Best way that I know of is to make an NPC using the object's models that you wish to make attackable.

Wondering if anyone has a working method for making an object attackable, like Dummies i.e. for Ruse.

You could spawn an invisible npc on top of the object that freezes in place & is linked to the object in some way (change the height of npc to match hitsplit & Hp bar). If the npc dies, the object can be deleted.
Or dooo as suggested above and just make an npc with the object model.
