do you get this when you import the server into eclipse?

I want to try a custom server for myself, im begginer to this pretty much but im getting some errors on eclipse that never happened to me and asking for help if someone can. Was trying to fix but always got messed up on other errors. Wher should i look to fix this error code?

do you get this when you import the server into eclipse?
