Is PI still the mainly used base for 317?

Been away a long time, basically just wondering if PI is still the main base people use for 317s. Also seen some posts tagged with [OSRS] as opposed to 317, are these using a different base than your typical 317?

Not sure if this is in the right section so mods feel free to move if necessary

For 317's ppl still use PI quite a bit, but ruse and elvarg are pretty common too

[OSRS] refers to pure oldschool runescape, no 317 loading osrs, so right now osrs is on rev 190

Also there's only one release that is true OSRS on rune-server, that'd be RSMod afaik.
If others in the release section are tagged as OSRS, they are incorrectly tagged.
