links don't work for me, anyways "FileNotFoundException" i think that says it all

Alright so I took a step back a few years ago from RSPS's and have recently gotten back into them. I uploaded all my files to dropbox and just recently redownloaded them and I keep getting a error within my cache and I honestly dont know what it is. The source im using is Omniscient (which I think is a vencillio) im just trying to get my old source running and would love for someone to help me
here is the error I get:
java.io.FileNotFoundException: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

links don't work for me, anyways "FileNotFoundException" i think that says it all
The thing is I literally have all the files where they are supposed to be and my cache is correct from what I can see so I am just stumped. i literally dont know how to fix it I am still very non experienced so I am trying to get back into it and want a ok source to start but yeah not sure about finding any atm
