25 enums / each skill has its own data. Thats what enums are for tho. Or better send it client sided with scripts, unless 317 doesn't support that.

In all honesty I dont know. Does/did rs ever have it client sided? Also know that rs hardcodes everything. I doubt they link the skill guide with actual skilling methods. Not saying thats good but it is probably how it is. Anyway I think you have enough info to clean the code up.

RS is famous of doing things "the wrong" way. At least judging from the shit they post. So when it comes to how to solve things like this, definitely don't look to RS for answers.
