So I've been trying to get any shape or form of sound working with a winterLove v3 server, but I haven't had any luck so far.
Right now, I've been trying to get weapon sounds to work.
I tried to call the GetWeaponSounds method during the weapon animation in client.Java, and I don't hear anything.

Lets' get the basics out of the way.
    Yes, speakers are on.
Yes, the speakers are at a considerable level.
Yes, both Music and Effect volumes are maxed out (4).

So I'm not sure if there's something else to add in the client side of things as well, or what.

I'm using an srcAllDummysRemoved client as well, if that helps/matters.

I have never worked with Java sound before, so this is a bit new to me. I'm hoping I can get atleast one sound working, and then from there explore, and understand how it works.

I'd suggest doing what a lot of 317s do these days, load osrs sounds. It's so much easier to find IDs that way, various tutorials online for loading wav files with java too. You can cache pack them if you want to go one step further but with what you're doing I wouldn't worry about it.

    Share your "GetWeaponSounds" method perhaps?
Also make sure you send the right packet aswell as right config for the sound.
Should be out packet 174 for the sounds in 317/377. I am not sure about all sound configs.

It's just the default method that the server came with.
